Standard Balloon Arch
Standard arches are made using 11" balloons and are 8ft x 8ft. The price includes up to three colors. Accent balloons to enhance the theme, such as metallic balloons, themed foil balloons, or any other type of balloon (such as clear bubble balloons) can be added for an additional fee. Additional colors may also be added for a fee.
Even though the highest quality materials are used, balloons may pop in extreme conditions, such as prolonged time in direct sun. They will also begin to oxidize (start to look chalky) outside without the use of shine spray.
For best results and lonevity, it is recommended that balloons be setup in the shade or indoors. Left indoors undisturbed balloons can last for weeks!
High quality latex balloons are made from a naturally biodegradable material that comes from rubber trees
Delivery and installation is required on all balloon arch orders. We will deliver up to 20 miles from 95826. Swell will reach out to solidify delivery/installation date and time.
Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions agreed to when purchasing and booking or ordering from Swell Balloons LLC.
ONLINE/SELF-PLACED ORDERS: Cancellations made within 24 hours from purchase will be given a refund of 95% of the amount you paid (5% is for credit card processing fees that we have already paid once you placed your order). To cancel please email SwellBalloonsCA@gmail.com and provide the first and last name on the order, first and last namem and last 4 digits on the card used to make the purchase. This cancellation process does not apply to event orders, special/custom orders, or any retainer placed for your event.
EVENT RETAINER FEES: There is no refund of event retainer fees and/or deposits. Retainers are utilized to confirm your event order for your event date and retainers are not refundable. Cancellation of your event order will forfeit your retainer fee.
EVENT OR SPECIAL ORDERS - CANCEL WITHIN (less than) 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is less than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request, we can not provide a refund. Balloons and any additional supplies, props, etc. are ordred for your event several weeks in advance, and prep for your event takes place right away. You may reschedule and move your delivery date for your order with no additional fees if you provide a 1 week notice to Swell Balloons in writing (via email).
EVENT OR SPECIAL ORDERS - CANCEL 31-60 DAYS OUT FROM DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is 30-60 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request you will be given a refund of 75% of the amount you paid. As a small business, every booking makes an impact and so do cancellations. There are only a handful of dates each month available for custom balloon installations and it is likely that other potential clients were tunred down who wanted your same event date. EVENT OR SPECIAL ORDERS - CANCEL 61+ DAYS OUT FROM DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is 61 days or more from the date of your cancellation request you will be given a refund of 95% of the amount you paid (5% is for credit card processing fees that we have already paid once you placed your order).
RESCHEDULING: We require 2 weeks (14 days) written notice via email if you would like to move your delivery/event/installation date. Delivery dates for an order may only be changed once. A new date can be scheduled up to, but no more than 90 days after the original scheduled date. New date is subject to availability.
*Please note that moving your delivery date does not change the bounds of the cancellation policy. If you move your date and then decide to cancel you will not be provided a refund under any circumstances.
If after requesting to postpone delivery/installation Swell Balloons is not able to secure a new date within 30 days of the request we will consider your order void and no credit or refund will be provided.
